Making your booking
Your journey starts with a quote. Check your route, pickup time, return date, vehicle and full passenger and luggage counts before confirming. A saved quote or message is not itself a confirmed booking.
Payments and deposits
The checkout shows the payment choices available for your journey, the total fare, any amount due now and any remaining balance. Complete the required payment to finish a card or deposit booking. Keep the confirmation and booking reference.
Airport collections
Include your arrival flight number and terminal. Follow the collection instructions for your booking. Message the team promptly if your flight details change or you need help at the airport.
Changes, cancellations and waiting
Contact the office using your booking reference for changes or cancellation. The terms presented with your booking explain the applicable charges and refund conditions. Do not arrange amendments privately with a driver.
Special requirements
Let the team know about child seats, accessible transport, unusual luggage or multiple pickup addresses. Confirm specific equipment and collection arrangements before travel.
Booking service
The secure booking service is provided through Northwest Travel Network. Read the operator details and terms presented during checkout. The website keeps the Blackburn & Darwen source attached to your enquiry.
