A clear itinerary for a working day
Give us the pickup address, the meeting venue and the time you need to arrive. For an office or business park, include the company name, building and agreed entrance. An arrival deadline is different from a pickup time: allow for the road journey and discuss the schedule before confirming.
Airport and railway connections
For an outbound flight, follow the airline’s check-in advice when planning your departure from Blackburn or Darwen. For a station connection, give the train departure time and leave time to reach the platform. An incoming flight needs its flight number; an incoming train needs the service details and agreed collection point.
Executive vehicle requests
Select the executive category when it is offered for your journey, or contact us about a specific requirement. Include everyone travelling and the luggage. Vehicle illustrations show categories; they do not promise a particular make or model. If a particular vehicle or feature is essential, ask for confirmation before booking.
Hotel and village collections
We take enquiries for executive journeys from Mellor, Samlesbury, Wilpshire, Ribchester and Longridge as well as the two town centres. Provide the full hotel or property address. For a rural entrance or several guests staying at different properties, agree the meeting point and any extra stops in advance.
Returns and additional stops
Tell us whether you need a separate return collection, multiple destinations or waiting between meetings. These details belong in the quote. For corporate payment or invoicing requests, discuss the arrangements with the office before confirming; use the payment options actually offered for your booking.
Useful answers
Can I request a specific executive car?
Tell the team what you need before booking. The executive category does not guarantee a particular make, model or feature unless that requirement is confirmed.
