How an 8, 16 or 32-person journey works
The booking system uses your passenger and luggage counts to offer suitable vehicles. An eight-person trip may suit an eight-seat minibus; larger parties can use several vehicles. Sixteen or 32 passengers describes the group size, not a promise of one large coach. Review the vehicle combination and total before confirming.
Count the luggage as carefully as the people
Ask everyone what they are bringing before requesting a quote. Large suitcases, cabin bags, pushchairs, wheelchairs and sports equipment all need space. An airport party with holiday luggage may need a different arrangement from the same number of people going to a meal. Do not assume every seat can be filled alongside unlimited bags.
One organiser and a practical meeting point
Choose a lead passenger with a reachable mobile number. Give a complete address and agree where the party will wait. Include any additional pickup or drop-off addresses in the request. If several vehicles are needed, decide who will travel together and make sure each group knows its own collection arrangements.
Child seats for family travel
Travelling without a suitable child restraint can be dangerous. Child seats are available on request: tell us the children’s ages and requirements in advance so the arrangements can be confirmed. Children count towards the passenger total. Include pushchairs and other family luggage when selecting the vehicle.
Airports, celebrations and the trip home
For an airport return, provide the arriving flight number and UK arrival date. For an event, agree the return meeting point and pickup time, including the correct date after midnight. Check that all passengers and destinations are included on both legs and read the payment and deposit amounts shown for the complete booking.
Useful answers
Will 16 or 32 people travel in one vehicle?
Not necessarily. The quote may combine suitable vehicles. Check the arrangement shown before confirming, and speak to the team if travelling in one vehicle is essential.
